چکیده

زنجیره تأمین فعلی یک مدل اقتصادی خطی است که به‌طور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم نیازهای عرضه را تأمین می‌کند. اما این مدل دارای برخی از معایب، مانند مشکلات روابط بین اعضای زنجیره تأمین و یا عدم شفافیت اطلاعات برای مصرف‌کننده در مورد منشأ محصولات و آثار سوء قاچاق و عرضه خارج از شبکه کالاها نظیر مخاطرات بهداشتی و ضررهای اقتصادی است. از سوی دیگر با وقوع امواج تغییرات جهانی در عرصه‌های تجاری، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، بازاریابی و فناوری، ناگزیر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین کالاها نیز مستلزم ارائه مدل‌هایی مبتنی بر این تغییرات بوده که یکی از مصادیق آن فناوری بلاک‌چین است. در این مطالعه، برای بررسی آثار امواج تغییرات بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین، از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای به بررسی و مرور پژوهش‌های حائز اهمیت و مدل‌های جدید ارائه شده زنجیره تأمین بر پایه فناوری بلاک‌چین پرداخته‌ایم و با تلفیق آن با طرح رهگیری و ردیابی کالاها و رهگیری واحد فراورده به‌عنوان پیشنهاد مشخص مقاله حاضر در مسیر آینده امواج تغییرات، به مدل جدیدی بر پایه مفهوم اقتصاد مدور[1] و تحلیل نتایج و کاربردهای آن دست یافته‌ایم که ضمن بهبود مدل‌های قبلی، عمده معایب زنجیره تأمین فعلی را از بین می‌برد. چارچوب ارائه شده نشان می‌دهد بهره‌گیری از بلاک‌چین و رهگیری و ردیابی کالاها، از طریق شفاف‌سازی تعاملات شبکه تأمین و توزیع می‌تواند به افزایش قابلیت اعتماد زنجیره تأمین، امنیت، سرعت و ارتقاء شفافیت منجر شود. کارکردهایی که می‌تواند ضمن بهبود نظارت و مدیریت زنجیره تأمین کالاها در پیشگیری از قاچاق و عرضه خارج از شبکه کالاها مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گیرد.

Supply Chain, Blockchain Technology and Its Impact on Prevention of Trafficking

The current supply chain is a linear economic model that directly or indirectly meets supply needs. However, this model has some disadvantages such as problems with supply chain relationships or lack of transparency of consumer information about the origin of products. On the other hand, with the advent of global change in the commercial, economic, cultural, social, political, marketing and technology fields, commodity supply chain management requires adopting these changes and provide models based on such changes, one of which is blockchain technology. In this study, in order to investigate the effects of change waves on supply chain management, through library studies and reviewing important researches and new supply chain models based on Blockchain Technology we have finally achieved a new model based on the concept of circular economy, results analysis and its applications that improve the previous models, eliminating many of the disadvantages of the current supply chain. After reviewing the researchs, it was found that the missing link of the proposed models of supply chain management is its integration with the product tracking and tracing scheme based on unit tracking and therefore this subject has been presented as a clear proposal for the present study and the future path of the waves of change. The presented framework shows how blockchain technology and track and trace system can lead to increased reliability of supply chain, security, speed and upgrade of transparency in the process of global chane waves. Functions that can be used, especially in the current situation in Iran, to improve the supervision and management of the supply chain and the prevention of smuggling and out-of-network supply.
